You can perform over 30 exercises using the Rival Deluxe Multi-Gym Weight Station and lift up to 45 kg using the cable pull. You can increase the training weight in small increments to adjust the intensity. The cable can be used from above or below for even muscle growth.

The multi gym is great for chest exercises, as well as offering numerous options for working for other muscle groups as well.
